OBF Pancit Palabok is a noodle dish with a Chinese origin loaded with different kind of toppings (chopped green onions, pieces of chicharon “pork crackling”), fried garlic,, cubed tokwa “beancurd” cut wedges of hard-boiled eggs, cooked prawns and pork, flaked tinapa “smoked fish” ) and smothered with a bright colored orange shrimp-flavored thick, golden shrimp sauce covered the thin rice noodles. This is a favorite snack among Filipinos and is very much considered a comfort food. I like my palabok with a squeeze of calamasi juice all over. I like to eat it together with fried lupia, lunpiang ubod, puto or bread. You try it guys!
