Chiffon Cake is a type of sponge cake and oil cake which made up of vegetable oil, flour, egg, sugar, baking powder and other flavorings. Chiffon cake is baked using a special type of baking pan. The pan is a circular shape with a center tube. The tube in the middle will carry the heat circulating the hot air to cook the cake.
